San Sebastian was a new development project in Orange County designed to be a luxury over 55 retirement community in a resort living style, but complete with aged care facilities. Our interior designers were retained early on by the developers to work with the architects in designing all of the common areas including lobbies, lounges, recreation areas and an extensive outdoor living terrace. The interior design was in a classic Casa California style and the furniture package consisted of high quality stylish furniture that had a resort hospitality feel but would perform in that commercial environment and stay looking fresh for years to come.
